BIRKINSHAW Mike Linda and family would like to thank family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their cards, flowers and messages of sympathy following the sad loss of Mike. Thank you to those who attended Mike's funeral and for the kind donations amounting to £1659.20 collected for St. Leonard's Hospice. Special thanks to the District Nurses, Hospice At Home and doctors and staff at My Health and to Bryan Mills and Tracey Lynn for kind, thoughtful and efficient funeral arrangements, also to Rev Nick Bird for a compassionate and comforting funeral service.
