SMALLWOOD Robert Kenneth (Ken) The family of the late Robert Kenneth Smallwood (Ken), would like to express sincere thanks for the support and sympathy they received after the sad loss of Ken. Thank you to the medical staff, Consultants, Doctors, Nurses who attended and treated Ken with dignity. To the many who helped with the service, to make it truly memorable. As it is impossible to thank all those concerned individually, please accept this press acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. Donations in excess of £1,000 will be shared between The Church of England, Ward 33 and Renal Unit at The York Hospital.
