POWER Ruth (nee Bickerdike) On 10th October aged 75 years, peacefully in St Leonard's Hospice. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday 25th October at 1pm. A true friend who will be greatly missed. Ruth was a genuine, caring person. We both looked upon her as a "big sister".
Ruth was my mentor and colleague for many years. I feel very fortunate to have known her. There will always be a place in our hearts for Ruth, a true lady.
