CHADWICK Harold 'Chad' Dearly loved husband of Lil. Loving dad to Larraine and Steve. Devoted grandad, great-grandad, brother and uncle. Passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on 22nd October, aged 91. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium, Bishopthorpe on Monday 22nd November at 2:20pm. No flowers by request.
