HOFFMAN John On 31st December aged 83 years. Peacefuly in the loving care of Mulberry Court Care Home. Dearly loved husband to Diane. Loving dad to Karen and Lisa. Father-in-law to Jason. Caring grandad to George and Charlie. Dearly loved uncle and great-uncle. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Tuesday 18th January at 11am. Family flowers only please.
