JACKSON Dr Francis Alan (Formerly Organist at York Minster) Peacefully at Ebor Court Care Home on Monday 10th January, aged 104 years. Beloved husband to the late Priscilla, much loved father to Alice, Will and Eddie, grandfather and great-grandfather. Service to be held at York Minster on Thursday 3rd February at 11.30am followed by a private Committal at York Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations can be made in Dr Jackson's memory to York Minster Choristers Association's charity The Francis Jackson Choral Fund; a plate will be provided at the service.
