EVANS Ann Jean (nee Holborn) Passed away peacefully in York Hospital on 27th March aged 81 years. Much loved wife to Michael, loving mum and grandma, great-grandma and auntie. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Tuesday 12th April 2022 at 1:40pm. Please wear something blue or purple in memory of Ann.
