MATTHEWS Terence Richard (Terry) On 10th June at York District Hospital the beloved husband of Inez. Dear dad of Richard, Suzanne, Vicky and the late Janette. A loving grandad, great-grandad, father-in-law and friend to many. Funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on Thursday 30th June at 1.40pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the sunflower ward at York District Hospital. Goodbye my love, will miss you always, Inez x
