CALLAGHAN (HAGAN) Gail Gail Callaghan (Hagan) peacefully died at home on 28th June aged 57 with her family by her side. Much loved mum to Simon, Phil and Laura. Amazing nana to Skye, Jack, Maison and Pixie-Rose along with being a dedicated sister. Funeral to be held York crematorium on Friday 15th July at 2:20. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu will be given to McMillan, Marie Curie and St Leonard's hospice. A plate will be provided at the service. A celebration will be held at the Carlton Tavern in Acomb in honour of Gail, all are welcome to join. The family would like to say a special thank you to all the professionals involved.
