SMITH Janet nee Eastwood On 25th July 2022, passed away peacefully in York Hospital aged 71 years. Dearly loved mum of Gary and Angela and a much-loved grandma of Luke and Leah. Funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on Monday 15th August at 12.20pm. Family flowers only please a plate will be provided for donations in memory of Janet to support St John Ambulance. A splash of colour can be worn in celebration of Janet's life.
