WOODBURN Jean Previously of Acomb, Badger Hill and then Stamford Bridge, Jean sadly passed away on 25th August at her home near Chester, following a short illness, aged 82. Jean was a keen hockey player and will be known in the York area for her time playing for both Railway Institute and Stamford Bridge. Jean was married to Tony Woodburn who passed away in 2013 and who himself was a keen sportsman. She also had a son, Chris, a sister Christine who still lives in the York area and two grandsons Ben and George whom she loved dearly. RIP Mum, you will be sadly missed x
