MYLER Phillip John "Phill" On 25th August, peacefully at home, aged 69 years. A much loved father to Charlotte and Tim and brother to Sharon and Gerald. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Tuesday, 27th September at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if wished can be made to St Leonard's Hospice and Macmillan Nurses - a plate will be provided at the service.
