Loving husband to Marie, beloved dad to Amanda, Mark and Christopher, loving grandad to Isabelle, Jesse and Archie and caring brother to Gill and Tim. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday 3rd October at 11am. Family flowers only please, donations if wished to Multiple System Atrophy in memory of Andy Cummings.
