LOWER Richard On 10th November, suddenly at home, aged 56 years. Much loved brother of Michael, Susan and the late Peter. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday 12th December at 2.00pm. No flowers by request, donations if wished can be made to Save the Children - a plate will be provided at the service.
