COOK Ann Sadly at Mulberry Court Care Home, York on Tuesday, December 27th, aged 78 years. Beloved wife to the late Albert, loving mum to David, Mick, Martin, Paul and Joanne, dearly loved nanna and great-nanna. Funeral Service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday, January 30th at 11.40am. Family flowers only please.
