PRATT Grace Passed away peacefully in York District hospital on 14th January aged 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Ted, loving mum to Michael and Helen, loved mother-in-law to Heather and Kenny, much loved nan to Chris, James and Hannah and adored nanny to Isla and Teddy. A celebration of Grace's life will take place at York crematorium on Wednesday February 8th at 2.20 pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to York Against Cancer. Bright clothing preferred please.
