LAVERICK Leslie Passed after a short illness in York Hospital on 18th February 2023, aged 94 years. A devoted husband to Jean. A much loved dad, grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service to be held at St. Thomas' Church, Osbaldwick on Wednesday 22nd March at 11am followed by a committal at York Crematorium at 12:20am. Thank you Michael Hodgson for leaving such a lovely tribute to Dad. He really was a wonderful man. If you're able to get to the funeral, it would be lovely to see you there.

What a great man Les was, I used to work with him in the packing & store in the mid 50s. I still have some team photos of us when playing in the interdepartment football .
