MEEK David (Former Terry's Electrician) Sadly passed in York Hospital on the 30th April 2023, aged 83 years. Much loved husband to the late Brenda. Will be missed by friends, family and all from St. Chad's Church. A funeral service will be held at St. Chad's Church on Friday 26th May at 10am. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of David will be split between church & St. Leonard's Hospice. All enquiries to J Rymer Funeral Directors Tel: 01904 624320.

To my Uncle David ♥️ You were a huge part of my childhood and so many of the memories that I hold dear. The kindest man and I cherish our cuddles and long chats and the magic you sprinkled into our lives. Thank you for being so amazing and please hug Auntie Brenda for us. I am so sad you never got to meet my babies but we speak of you often and will continue to remind them of all the happiness we shared. We love you so much **** I have so many memories of visiting you and Auntie Brenda in York and opening up our chocolate oranges at Christmas. Our holidays and trips and long chats over the phone. A lifetime of love and memories. The last time I saw you we travelled down together to Omi’s funeral and you kept up so upbeat with your jokes and smiles! I know Matthew holds this memory dear , too. You will forever be in our hearts, our thoughts, our stories and our photo albums and we love you so much. Love you always, Natasha, Matthew & Melissa XXXXX
