VARDY Raymond Sadly passed away on 27th April 2023. The son of the late Raymond and Alaine, brother to Sue, Julie, Tracey, Paul and the late Gary and Stuart. Funeral at York Crematorium on Thursday 25th May at 10.20am.

Ray, you are deeply missed already. My phone has never been so quiet.
I looked upto you and hung onto your every word, usually a clever reply or funny one liner.
Your wisdom, love for life, care for wildlife, charisma, charm, witty behaviour and outlook on life will be tough to match. I could of listened to your stories all day, in full voice and accents to match.
"Come on Elvis" "thanks a million kid" just a few I'll miss hearing.
I hope one day we get to chat Ray.

Saddens me to write this , you will be so missed. You’ve taught me so much about animals and pushed me to do my passion . You were there when I was down , dropping in & cooking me meals. You are such a caring and thoughtful person. May you rest in peace and care for all those animals in heaven .
