SHARPLES James (Jim) Peacefully in York Hospital, after a short illness on Saturday 8th July 2023, aged 90 years. A proud resident of Stockton On The Forest for over 45 years. Much loved husband of the late Eileen, loving dad to Peter, Mary and Brian, dearest father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad, dear brother of Ray and Frank and a good friend to many people. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday 24th July at 3.40pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given to The Stroke Association.
