HIRD Jean On 28th September, Jean Hird, aged 92 years, sadly passed away at York Hospital. Beloved wife of the late George, devoted and much loved mum of Carol, Martín, Andrew and Sarah. A dear mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and auntie, she will be greatly missed by all family and friends. The funeral service will be held at York Crematorium on Monday 16th October at 3.40pm. Family flowers only please.
