ROTHERY Mary (nee Heppell) Peacefully at home on Friday 29th September 2023, aged 88 years. A much loved wife, mum, nan and auntie. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday 23rd October at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given to Marie Curie. A plate will be provided at the service. Wonderful lady! Taught me to type when I was just 13 years, (61) years ago. On leaving school she taught me full time. Her teaching was second to none and in turn, secured my future career. Thank you Miss Heppell (as she was then), you shaped my future! Condolences to her family.
