FISHER Jennifer (Jenny) Passed away peacefully at home on 30th November, aged 76. Loving wife to Alan, cherished mother to Andrew and Katy, devoted grandma to Evie, Oliver, Tilly and Bea. Funeral service to be held at York crematorium on Tuesday 12th December at 11:40am. Family flowers only, Donations would be gratefully received for St Leonard's Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support. I sat next to Jenny at choir for several years. She was a lovely friendly person who always made newcomers welcome and it was a shock when we learned she was ill. The last time I saw her was just after lockdown when three of us met for coffee in the garden at the Bar Convent. She was very upbeat and brave and I was truly sorry that she is no longer with us.
