SHRIMPTON Derrick Philip On the 5th of December 2023 Derrick passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home with his beloved wife, Maureen and devoted children, Emma, Daniel, and Amy close by. He was a much-loved grandpa to Owen and Joseph and father-in-law to Tony and Gareth. During his short illness Derrick was wonderfully cared for by the Hospice at Home and Marie Curie nurses. The funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on 3rd January 2024, at 2.20pm. Family flowers only please. At Derrick's request those who wish, may make a donation to the Joseph Rowntree Theatre.
