SANDERSON Arthur Norman Passed away at home on 12th December 2023. Aged 80 Years. Beloved husband to Issy. Loving Father to Angus and Emma. Much loved grandfather to Euan, Holly, Inigo and Orla. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will take place at 12.00 on Thursday the 25th of January at St Everilda's Church, Nether Poppleton. No flowers, but donations would be welcome to Parkinson's UK (https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/) , "The Well" (www.thewell.org.uk), or "Carecent" (www.carecent.org.uk), either directly to these organisations, or at the church.

It was a privilege to enjoy Arthur’s friendship. I met Arthur and Issy at St Saviour’s church in Riga . We were both working. In Latvia and Arthur’s role encompassed the three Baltic states. Arthur and Issy made a great contribution in every country they worked in. He was a great ambassador for Britain representing compassionate humanity to all he met.
