GREEN Jack Passed away suddenly at home on 9th January aged 35 years. Loving son of Kath and Eric, dear brother of Anthony, Julie, Erika and Leona, also a loving uncle. Funeral service will take place on Monday 29th January 3.00pm at York crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
