THOMPSON Mabel On 4th February, peacefully after a short illness, aged 95 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Douglas, much loved mother of Ian and Jonathan, mother-in-law of Jill and Dawn and treasured nannie of Jack, Ellie, Tamara and Joshua. Also a dear sister, sister in law, auntie and friend. Funeral service to take place at St Mary's Church, Strensall on Thursday 29th February at 1.45 pm followed by committal at York Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if wished can be made to Macmillan Cancer Support and Church funds - a plate will be provided at the service.
