HARDY George William Peacefully passed at home, after a long illness on the 16th of May 2024, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Brenda. Cherished partner to Evelyn. Much loved step-father to Pauline and Brenda, also step-father-in-law to Andrew. A dear brother to Muriel, Betty and the late Peggy. A devoted step-grandfather to many. Also a loved uncle. He will be missed by all that knew him. A funeral service will be held at St. Mary's Church, Strensall on Thursday the 13th of June at 10:30am.
