PLATTS David Carlyle Of Bulmer a distinguished artist, passed away peacefully in York Hospital on June 1st 2024 aged 84 years. Beloved civil partner of the late Nicholas and a dear friend to many. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Friday 5th July at 2.20pm a plate will be provided at the service for donations. David was a wonderfully supportive and insightful Tutor at the Tech in York thirty years ago.
