SMALLWOOD Gwen Nee Green Passed away peacefully at home on 22nd July 2024 aged 73 years. Dearly loved wife of Derek Smallwood and David Green. A much loved mum to Danny, Jonathon and the late Jenny. Loving grandma to Matthew, Jack, Emily, Megan, Poppy and Lucas, also great-grandma to Olivia and Elijah. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Monday 19th August at 1pm.
