CONACHER Pamela (Pam) On July 28th Peacefully in York Hospital. Loving wife to John, sister to Terry and friend to many. Funeral Service to be held at York Crematorium on Wednesday 28th August at 11am. Family Flowers only please. Donations if wished between St Leonards Hospice and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
