CARTER Alan Suddenly on Thursday 1st August 2024, aged 89. Devoted husband of the late Margaret, dearly loved Dad of Nick, Bridget and the late Alison, adored Grandad of James and Anna and beloved brother of Bernard, Eileen and Patricia. Long time player and supporter of Heworth Cricket Club and Trojans and York Hockey Clubs. Always in our hearts. Funeral Service to be held at St Aelred's R.C. Church on Thursday 5th September 2024 at 10.30am. Family flowers only, donations will be gratefully received for Leukaemia Research Fund, a plate will be provided at the service.
