BRADLEY Gordon Passed away peacefully at Mossdale Residence, York on 13th August 2024, aged 85. Former Headteacher at Hempland Junior School and Appleton Roebuck Primary School. Dearly loved husband of Lorna, wonderful father and father-in-law to Vivienne and the late David and Lawrence, and awesome grandad to Jensen. Also a dear friend to many. Funeral service to be held at All Saints' Church, Appleton Roebuck on Friday 6th September at 2pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, to All Saints' Church and Age UK. A great Headteacher and wonderful man really cared about his pupils even after he retired he was always interested in what past pupils were doing. Condolences to Lorna & family.

A lovely man, a Headmaster who cared for the children In his care and after they had left his school. Many happy memories of school outings shared with him and his staff. Also the fund raising he did for the school, it has not been the same without him, he will be missed by many. Condolences to his family. From the Ayre family
