MAXWELL Hannah Jane (Nee Lister) On August 22nd, at home after a long illness bravely borne, aged 51 years. A dearly loved daughter, sister and mum. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Friday September 13th at 11.40 am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu can be made to Macmillan Nurses and Cancer Research - a plate will be provided at the service.
