HAZEL Mary Peacefully passed away on the 12th of September 2024, aged 94 years. Loving mother to David and Christine. A special and much loved grandma. A dearly loved wife to the late James and a cherished family member. The funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on the 4th October at 11am. Family flowers only please.
