JEFFERSON Jacqueline "Jackie" Passed away suddenly on 20th August, with her family around her, aged 77 years. Much loved wife of David, treasured mum of James and Dan and an adored grandma, mother-in-law, sister and friend. Retired Yearsley Grove Primary School teaching assistant. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Thursday 3rd October at 12.20pm. A splash of colour welcome.
