CLARK Ian Jeffrey Wakelin Ian died on the 22nd September at St Leonard's Hopsice after a short illness aged 76. A service of thanksgiving for his life will be held at York Crematorium on Friday 18th October at 2.20pm. The family respectfully request for any donations in lieu of flowers to be sent to St Leonard's Hospice. 185 Tadcaster Road, YO24 1GLYour tribute has been received.
