PREST John (Jack) Peacefully on Thursday 3rd October 2024, in the care of Mullberry Court, following a short but bravely borne illness aged 100 years. Former Life Manager at the Yorkshire Insurance Company. A devoted and adored husband of Maureen and the late Margaret, a greatly loved brother- in-law, uncle and a loyal friend to many. He will be so missed. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Monday 28th October at 1.40pm, family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given to St Leonard's Hospice, a plate will be provided at the service.
