Adam died suddenly and unexpectedly at York Hospital on Saturday 19th October aged 39. Beloved husband of Robyn, deeply loved son of Lesley and Colin, dearly loved brother of Dawn. Funeral Service to be held at York Crematorium on Wednesday 6th November at 2.20pm. Family Flowers only please. Donations in memory of Adam can be made to Mind.
