VAN DER BURG Joan (née Harding)

Passed peacefully on October 31st with daughter Sarah by her side, aged 87 years. Beloved wife of Julian who predeceased her in 2020. Devoted Mum, Mother in Law, Aunt and Great Aunt who was a long standing resident of Poppleton.
She will be greatly missed but fondly remembered by all her family and friends. Special thanks to Meadowbeck Care Home for their dedicated care in her later years.
Funeral Service to be held at York Crematorium on Thursday, November 21st at 1pm. Donations in memory of Joan can be made to The Children’s Society. All enquiries to Hayley Owen Funeral Directors on 01904 792525.
