on 17th November aged 55 years, peacefully in St Leonard's Hospice. Much loved husband, dad, son, brother and uncle.
Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Friday 6th December at 11:00am. Family flowers only please, donations in John's memory may be given St Leonard's Hospice and Cancer Research UK, a donation box will be provided at the service.
