Age UK York and Huntington (29th York) Guides are getting together to hold a fundraising event to benefit both organisations.

Nicky Openhaw from Age UK York said: “We are raising money for Netneighbours, a scheme which supports older people in the York area. It is great that we have been able to get together with Huntington Guides to organise this event which will also benefit a much younger generation.”

Huntington (29th York) Guides are celebrating 100 years of Guiding in York this year and are planning a range of fundraising events to support their work and help fund a trip to Belgium later in the year.

The race night is suitable for all ages and will also include junior and adult tombolas and a raffle. Tickets can be purchased at the door and cost £3 for adults and £2 for children.
