AN experienced former TV casting director is to run a drama workshop at a York school during half-term.
The Hive, at Manor School, is hosting a day-long workshop arranged and managed by Jo Adamson-Parker, who has worked with the BBC and CBBC and as a casting director on police drama The Bill for several years.
She specialises in working with young actors, having recently cast a feature film shot in York, alongside several other short productions.
She will lead the class with Jeanette Percival, an experienced drama tutor who has directed many Youth Theatre workshops around Yorkshire.
The class caters for 11 to 16-year-olds, costing £30 for the day’s session, and will run from 9.45am to 4.15pm on Friday, February 22.
