I SEE the venue for the edition of Question Time to be broadcast from York in the near future has yet to be decided, but already the redoubtable Paul Hepworth has announced his intention to attend, no doubt wearing his best cycle clips. I hope that the venue is chosen with the needs of the less mobile taken into consideration.
