I WOULD like to thank the kind people on Shambles, and the staff of Cox’s Leather Shop, who helped and supported me after I had a tumble.

I walk with the aid of a stick at the moment and the people on Shambles made sure I had that and all my belongings, my phone and spectacles, while in Cox’s I was given a drink and invited to stay as long as I wished.

I found their kindness incredible and I hope that I would do the same thing if I was ever in their position.
