MONEY, jewellery, a watch and an iPad were stolen from a house in North Yorkshire.
The break-in happened in St James Drive, Northallerton, between 10am and 4pm on Wednesday.
A gold pocket watch engraved with the initials JAG was taken.
Detective Constable Jason Roper, of Northallerton CID, said: “The pocket watch belonged to the victim’s late father and holds great sentimental value for her.
“I am appealing to anyone who can help to identify those responsible for this burglary to come forward as soon as possible.” Anyone with information should phone 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
