DESPITE a poor third round, York-born golfer Simon Dyson posted a top-ten finish for only the second time in more than a year.
Dyson finished tied for ninth place in the Sunshine Tour event at the Fancourt golf complex in South Africa.
After two six-under-par rounds, he carded a hefty 73 on Saturday, but his 71 yesterday enabled him to fight back and put him in better heart for his return to the European Tour in the Tshwane Open, also in South Africa, this Thursday.
