MUCH has been written lately about the eyesores in Piccadilly.

Yet I am afraid that the vacated council offices in St Leonard’s are an absolute disgrace and in a total state of disrepair.

These former offices of the council are opposite the information centre and must create a terrible impression to any tourist visiting our city which is regarded as one of the main attractions in Europe.

Like Piccadilly, I worry that now our council are settled in the new ivory tower the former offices will remain untouched and allowed to deteriorate for many years to come.
