Victoria Beckham works in the nude.
The 37-year-old fashion designer uses her own body for inspiration when creating her dresses and gets completely naked so she can model her designs on herself.
Giving a speech at the Vogue Festival at London's Royal Opera House, she described her creative process saying: "I start by sitting down with the team and discussing ideas first.
"We're all very close and we sit down and we're open and we talk and I normally, you know, get naked and make clothes on myself. That's pretty much how it works."
The glamorous mother-of-four - who was joined by her eldest son, 14-year-old Brooklyn - was good humoured as she poked fun at herself, insisting she is "nice" despite constantly being pictured pouting.
She quipped: "I'm nice! Everyone thinks I'm going to be such a cow. I understand it actually. I think exactly the same when I see the pictures."
Victoria - who also has sons Romeo, 10, Cruz, eight, and daughter 21-month-old daughter Harper with soccer star David Beckham - further admitted to the audience she tries to juggle her fashion empire with being a parent and faces the same struggles as other mums, including her son not going to bed on time.
She added: "I'm up early in the morning doing spelling tests and maths quizzes before the school run, then up late with a baby and a 14-year-old who refuses to go to bed - Brooklyn."
