I MUST admit to becoming vaguely disturbed by people who say owners are to be held responsible for their pets.

For nobody owns a cat. They tolerantly agree to be your guest while you feed them and make them comfortable.

A cat owner cannot be held responsible for a cat doing does a mess in a neighbour’s garden. They think their own thoughts and go their own way, far from the attitude of a dog.

A cat has no conscience, a cat is 100 per cent egoist, which is why some people love them and some people don’t.
